Coach/Volunteer registration requires special procedures to
avoid entering your social security number.  After completing
all 3 required online training modules (SafeSport, CC, & SCA)
in your Affinity account, register as a coach/volunteer for
Rec 2021-2022 season.  Progress all the way to review and
acceptance of the ELAs then exit from registration and email
LVRheadregistrar@gmail.com with your full legal name
(must match your Affinity profile) & date of birth to let us know
we may process your background check (without SSN).

Include your players full name and a DOB

and we will send you a username and password.

NOTICE FOR ALL PLAYERS IN THE U6 AGE GROUP

LVR is beginning a U6 Co-Ed Soccer Skills Program. If the player's birthdate falls within a reasonable
window of the July 31st eligibility cut off date for U7 and they wish to play-up at U7 with classmates, they
should register as a U6 player and mark the play-up box yes.     

ALERT: 

All current SYSA families have a member profile in Affinity already.  If you have registered as a coach or volunteer and completed a background check, registered for City Tournament or for spring soccer, or if you have registered your child for an SYSA event hosted by Seattle United, please user your existing login credentials to begin registration. 

If you have forgotten that information, please use the "FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD" link to connect to your existing account.

If you are brand-new to LVR soccer, please create a new account.
